Lugansk arts academy

«Lugansk arts academy» educational complex has been created upon the initiative of Lugansk State Institute of Culture and Arts, Lugansk regional college of Culture and Arts, Severodonetsk musical school after S.S. Prokofjev by the decision of Lugansk regional council, dated 02.06.04, № 13/26 and by the order of Ministry of Culture and Arts of Ukraine dated 14.09.04, № 625.

The complex goal is to improve the system of higher arts education of Lugansk region, provide the coordination of educational establishment joint activities and further growth of quality training of the specialists in culture and arts field.

Complex activity plan is developped in frames of complex participants’ joint activity – scientific – methodological, educational, promotional one. The complex activity is aimed at joint interior contests and festivals, all Ukrainian and regional conferences, contests, reviews and creative skills festivals conducting, joint activity of educational establishments creative collectives – complex participants.
