High education and science level, LSICA modern specialist qualitative training is provided by scientific and professors staff, which includes:
- 6 lecturers;
- 5 DPhil-s;
- 21 science candidates;
- 15 associate professors;
- 38 senior professors;
- 247 professors
Scientists- professors’ staff develops and implements actively National doctrine of education development in XXI century, solves range of strategic and tactic, internal and external tasks concerning modern specialists training process in a creative HEE.

Conducting of all-Ukrainian and international scientific and practical conferences
During years 2002- 2008, more then 20 all- Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences had been conducted on the site of Lugansk State Institute of Culture and Arts.
Young Scientists Council had been created at the Institute and it consists of young talented professors who take up scientific research work, actively collaborate with students, conduct researches in frames of institute scientific center on science achievement and advances experience generalization, popularization, new progressive techniques of training educational process research and implementation.
